These auto headlight switches replace the manual dial with an automatic light-sensing switch on VW and Skoda models. The range includes the 5ND941431A switch for Skoda and Volkswagen Vento, Polo, Jetta, Passat, Tiguan and Laura; the 14/17-pin internal-and-external-sensor switch for VW Polo, Vento and Ameo; the 5GG941431D conversion switch for Skoda Kushaq, Slavia, Volkswagen Virtus and Taigun; and green-backlit versions with dual inbuilt sensors or an external sensor, also in the 14-to-17-pin format. Each auto headlight switch is a direct plug-and-play replacement for the factory switch slot – most fitments need no additional coding, and where coding is required it’s noted on the individual product page.
