Returns, Refund, and Exchange Guidelines

Return, Refund, and Exchange Guidelines
We’ve made our Returns Policy as easy as possible. Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of receiving the goods and credited within 3 working days.
Simply follow these steps:
- Request a return/exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- Use our Contact-Us page to start the process and wait for confirmation.
- Return items in their original, unused condition with undamaged packaging.
- Pack items securely, ensuring enough cushioning for safe shipping.
- Choose a trackable shipping service. Blue Dart and DTDC are recommended. We offer pickup at actual cost (Recommended).
- Get approval for returns first. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
We process returns on Saturdays or Sundays. Any returns received early will be scheduled for these days.
Once approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card company may take an additional 4-5 business days to credit the money. You’ll be notified when the refund is completed. If there are delays, we recommend checking with your bank for updates.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll either replace it or offer store credit. However, the return shipping cost for both sides (return and replacement shipping) will be the customer’s responsibility, to be paid at actual cost. Refunds will be issued after we inspect the returned item.
Shipping and Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policies
Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout, and we cannot change the address after dispatch.
If you need to correct your address, please contact the shipping provider directly.
Most carriers attempt delivery no more than three times. After three failed attempts, the order will be marked as Return-to-Origin (RTO).
To avoid this, make sure to accept delivery before the third attempt and resolve any issues promptly.
Please note that RTO shipments incur a fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund, and the balance will be returned to your original payment method.
Handling Damaged or Tampered Packages
We take extra care to use secure, tamper-proof packaging to protect your items.
If you notice a tampered package, take photos or a video before accepting it. Refuse the package and add remarks to the delivery note.
If you accept a tampered or damaged package, please understand that you cannot request a return or refund.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for any concerns regarding your order.
For defective items, our Returns Policy states we’ll either replace it or offer store credit.
Delivery Delays and Claims
Delivery usually happens in 3-5 working days. Delays sometimes occur due to third-party carriers. In such cases:
- Contact the shipping provider directly to resolve any delays.
- Report false delivery claims immediately. Be sure to provide evidence and file the claim within 4-8 hours of the last status update.
Proof of delivery disputes may take 10-15 business days to resolve. If the claim is verified, you’ll receive a replacement or refund if the item is out of stock.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty periods vary depending on the product, and these details are listed on each product page. If the issue is caused by factors outside of the warranty, it may be covered by our return policy instead.
Get pre-approval for warranty claims by submitting proof through our Warranty Claim Request form.
Approved claims will result in a replacement or store credit, valid for three months. Store credit is linked to your account and cannot be extended.
General Warranty Periods:
- OEM Parts & Accessories: 1-2 years from purchase or as stated in the invoice and product page.
- Consumable Goods: No warranty unless defective.
- Customized Products: Warranty terms are agreed upon during purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage from water, intentional harm, reverse engineering, or other factors that may void coverage. Claims under these conditions will be denied.
